The meltdown has already started. The lefties have already determined how they're going to respond to a speech that has yet to be given.
 
If he doesn't talk about infrastructure spending and how he is going to convince congress to get it going, then he is a bigger liar than I thought.

He has only focused on a stupid immigration EO, which failed. He has done some other good things, but his focus is not on infrastructure spending like he promised, instead he is all about increasing military spending.

Also, he needs to really mend fences tonight, if he goes off on the media and those he doesn't like, it will be a huge embarrassment and failure for him.

He is no longer a candidate, he needs to start acting like the President of the United States of America.
 
All he need do is act like the OUTSIDER we elected to clean up the mess of career politicians.

Yet he still beat someone that was supposedly unbeatable. Seems Trump had enough of a clue to win an election. You still think overall popular votes matter.

It seems to be generally well received.
But it's worth noting, Donald Trump set a very low bar for himself... - if only he'll act a little presidential - was the lip-biting prayer among establishment Republicans. I believe Trump met that test.

The predictions that Democrats would heckle Trump as Rep. Joe Wilson heckled Obama seems to have come up short. Yet once again, Republicans seem to "misunderestimate" Democrats.
