There is no Sharia law in America, and there is not the remotest chance there ever will be.

There is about as much point in protesting "Sharia law" as there is in protesting Soviet communism in this country.

"Sharia law" is a cover, an excuse for barely educated, ignoramuses to shadow box, and to exercise their anti-Islamic bigotry.

That's a fact Jack.

And it is shrewdly used by unethical rightwing politicians to cynically manipulate their poorly educated base of resentful white voters.

There's no question this was a terrible situation for those women. And it seems the the central theme in all these religious cases is conservatism. I found the same thing in another article, just the religion was different.
