That record number of people were on food stamps under Obama despite his claims of people having jobs, something that should reduce the number using them? That the Congressional districts I referenced have black Representatives AND a majority minority population?

You can look up who represents those districts and the level of minority residency in the ones I referenced in SC, NC, GA, AL, and MS. 9 Congressional districts in those states with more than 20% food stamp use. 7 are blue districts and those 7 have black Representatives. One of those districts is represented by John Lewis. Why does that so called leader that complains about how white people treat blacks do nothing for his own people in his own district?

Here you go shit-for-brains: percentage of the population on food stamps in 2001 was slightly over 6%. 2016 the percentage has ballooned to 13.5%.
