Althea told me...
Of course they are. So why do you make is sound like this was invented when ACA was passed?Nonsense.
HC employer benefits are a giant tax loophole for Dem crony corporations to avoid payroll taxes![]()

Yes...they threatened to leave because their merger was denied.Interesting, Aetna is being sued by shareholders for leaving ACA, I wonder if this has anything to do with their return, they also lied about reason for leaving exchange.
U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates wrote that Aetna, pushing for a $37 billion merger with Humana since summer of 2015, decided to leave 17 counties in three states in order to improve the likelihood that the deal would be approved -- including one where the business was doing well. Florida was the company's third most-profitable exchange market in 2015 and the beginning of 2016.
I see you don't know Minty from other boards.I provided two legitimate sources.
You provided two dumbass smilies in response.
Guess it's obvious who's telling the truth and who's spouting bullshit here, isn't it?
You lose.
And like I said, next time you try to pass off that bullshit I'm going to cold slap your ass with the same reality.
You are wrong. If one is coerced into buying something then there is not a free market. Period. End of story. Even Rune thinks you are an idiot

Read the definition shit stain. Then bow down to your master
I see you don't know Minty from other boards.
I was confused by your seeming frustration with her refusal to have intelligent discussion. Beating your virtual head against the wall, as it were.I've known Minty (aka Mint Julep) for years.
except for that small little 306 electoral vote thing
LOLOLOLOLO
Still doesn't change anything.
You don't get to change the definition of what a free market is pudding pop. Sorry, but the definition is what the definition is.
The government regulates a lot of free market industries in the name of protecting the public from unscrupulous profiteers.
If the government regulates it then it is not a true free market. You can call it many things, but you can't call it a free market.
That doesn't make them state run and as such, they are part of the private, free-market enterprise system.
I never said it was state run. Now you are arguing against points I never made. Congratulations
But feel free to continue your childish, sophomoric argument and call your deluded half-assed self other people's "master."
Even when, like me, they are superior to you in every way.

I have argued for years that we have not real free markets in the USA. Yet, I always hear libtards talk about "unfettered capitalism" as if it were a real thing. Yet they can never really explain it.
Obamacare is many things (piece of shit to be precise), but it is not a free market enterprise. Here is why.
1) The government forces you to purchase a product
2) The government defines the prices of that product
3) The government defines what is purchased and where
Just because they use an insurance company as its vehicle doesn't make it a free market. Doesn't necessarily make it single payer either, but it is not a free market.
You keep swinging and missing. I don't mind pummeling you. And like a battered woman you keep coming back for more. Do you tell your butt buddy Bucky that you were asking for it?
Apparently you're too dumb to even know what your argument is.
If an industry is not part of the private industry "free market", then it can only be a state run industry or a public/private partnership.
The insurance industry as a whole, is part of the capitalist, free market. In the specific area of health insurance, under Obamacare, it was a public/private partnership.
Accept it or don't, IDGAF.
Dude, you must be 15 going on 12.
The ACA (or PPACA short for The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act as it is actually known as) is a partnership between the Federal Govt, individual State Govts, and the FREE MARKET/PRIVATE INSURANCE INDUSTRY.
You are the idiot whose trying to rebut an argument that I'm not making because apparently you're too fucking feeble minded to understand it.
Either way, I'm done babysitting you, so go find someone else to change your diaper.
As for whatever pummeling you think you're dishing out, your tiny little baby fists are so small and weak, I never even noticed it.
You keep calling it a "partnership". What a crock of shit.
You neither understand what a partnership is or what a free market is
I provided you a dictionary definition of what a free market is yet you stubbornly refuse to accept facts.
I have accepted your concession.
The only crock of shit around here, aside from the one between your ears, is your phony acceptance of an imaginary concession that never happened and never will.
The privately owned insurance companies in America that provided health insurance under Obamacare are part of an industry that exists in the free market economy.
All you are doing, is trying to obfuscate by changing the argument.
Not working, dumbshit.
I already accepted your concession. No need to beg
I already accepted your admission that you are an uneducated retard. No need to keep on proving it.
You don't even understand what the free market is. You lose the debate.
I am still undefeated
Of course they are. So why do you make is sound like this was invented when ACA was passed?

Right....after most employers with 50 employees or more have been giving it as a perk since last century....for the reason you gave earlier.I did not say or imply that. I can't help your poor reading comprehension. I repeat, just for you, Obama ORDERED them to buy it.![]()
Right....after most employers with 50 employees or more have been giving it as a perk since last century....for the reason you gave earlier.
So what exactly did Obama's 'order' accomplish? Status quo?
