It's funny you make car driving a liberal/conservative thing. Do you see conservatives saying cars shouldn't be allowed to go over 60MPH? Liberal freaking California basically won't let you touch your phone while driving anymore. Texas doesn't have that same law.

You're the one that complained about California's laws. Why does someone have to tell you not to use your phone while driving? Are you too stupid to figure it out yourself. If you think it's a bad law, maybe you or others you're close to will be the next victim of someone that also thinks it's a bad enough law to ignore it.

Expanded background checks, terror watch lists people don't get guns, spend some money to see what makes a mass shooting psycho tick, private dealers loophole closure, ban of assault weapons,

Terror watch lists... so the government gets to arbitrarily put people on a list and void their rights without any due process? You understand the terror watch list is many times based on 'hunches' not evidence? You also understand how many people have been mistakenly put on the list because their name is the same/similar to another person who was the intended target?

I agree that we can continue to study the mental aspect of it. Like what effect does the media glorifying these individuals have on others copycatting the events or trying to break the 'record'.

What private dealer loophole?

'Assault weapon' is a made up term by the media.

I do think it would be beneficial for more people to take gun safety classes.

Until one of their own loved ones gets mowed down in a hail of bullets while minding their own business, they'll continue to find any reason to shrug these mass killings off as no big deal and preferable to having their right to own as many surrogate penises as they can afford to stockpile.
