how is this obstruction of justice? whether he leaves now or two days from now mccabe would not have been in the FBI.
True. And, besides McCabe can live off his wife's $700k for the next 7 years until his pension kicks in. Problem solved.

Meanwhile who's gonna clean this place up? DoJ is supposed investigate DoJ??
from Sessions? not anytime soonA new SP, no?
Comey sent a nice touchy feely Tweet about what a wonderful guy McCabe is back in January.
Comey says he never authorized leaks of information to the media and was not forthcoming with the watchdog office as it examined the FBI's handling of its inquiry into Hillary's use of a private email server while she was S.o.S.
McCabe says his boss Comey OK'd it when he leaked the info.
Comey better hope his Tweet worked...we'll see.

Trump is desperate to shut down the Mueller investigation.. That's what this is all about.
And if he is, the Swamp keeps burping up ammunition to do just that. Though it’s good to see you at least implicitly realize Mueller’s inquisition is in jeopardy.
McCabe wasn’t outted by Trump, but by the FBI itself. And it was found that he lied and leaked about several matters in the Clinton email scandal. It’s notable that McCabe is guilty of the exact crime Flynn was indicted by Mueller for.
Yet McCabe gets slapped on the wrist and job offers from Democrats while Flynn is bankrupt and faces jail time.
Take note of that, because somebody is unwittingly giving Trump an opening to pardon Flynn.
I actually thought the way Trump did a victory dance on Steve Bannon's grave was grotesque and vindictive...and I did not even like Bannon! I have never heard of a Boss doing a public victory dance over a dismissed employee. Never. It is cruel, unprofessional, over the line, and speaks to a damaged person who thrives on revenge, punishment, and humiliation.
But you know what jpp.com has taught me about a lot of Trump-loving conservatives? They admire Trump for his pettiness, vindictiveness, and cruelness....because as this thread demonstrates...they see those qualities in themselves.

Then you don't know anything about Flynn.. LOLOL.. He was working for a foreign government.
Trump can't pardon Flynn in State court.
Given that, Flynn's federal deal—which does not include any charges related to the alleged Gülen incident—preserves a number of criminal charges relating to kidnapping, assault, and bribery in Pennsylvania, as well as parallel charges in New York and possibly Virginia. State tax fraud may also be in this ...

Trump could pardon Flynn of the federal charges *which are identical* to what got McCabe fired.
This would do significant damage to Mueller’s credibility, irrespective, of any other charges Flynn might face. Trump has the Swamp boxed in on McCabe: they need to either charge him with a crime or risk having Trump *credibly and justifiably* pardon Flynn.
And you know Trump wouldn’t hesitate to do it lol.
Trump can't pardon any thing in State court and yes, Trump is famous for being vindictive.
Mueller is an excellent lawyer unlike the twerps that Trump won't pay or listen to.. Legal eagles won't take Trump as a client.
But Trump has an opening to pardon Flynn of any federal charges since they are apparently reluctant to charge McCabe. If the objective is to stick it to the Swamp and/or damage Mueller’s investigation—-that’s all that’s needed.

Darth...why are you so happy that Donald Trump is doing what every petty dictator has ever done on his way to power?
Why?
Frank, step away from CNN lol.
I’m happy with the economy. I’m happy that we got NK to the negotiating table with SK. I’m happy that the EPA was reigned in. I’m happy with the judicial appointees. I don’t care about Trump’s twitter account or much of anything else besides the attempt by some parties to remove him from office—-by any means they can come up with.
You should care more about that, Frank. Because it can happen to the person you voted for, next time.

This (Donald Trump's) is the language of a banana republic. In nations without a strong democratic foundation, tyrants cling to power by belittling perceived enemies and insulting and coopting other institutions, such as a free press, law enforcement and the military, coercing them into subservience. Just look around the world at practices today in Azerbaijan, Cambodia and Turkey, to name a few. The banana republic playbook has no place in the United States, not in a town hall, not in a statehouse, least of all in the Oval Office.
They made great points there, Darth. Sorry you are not perceiving it that way.
Mussolini did, in fact, make the trains in Italy RUN ON TIME...but at what cost.
Even if Donald Trump were responsible for all you mentioned...the cost of what this abomination of a president is doing is prohibitive.
Back him if you will. That is your right. But give it further thought.
I hope we are able to stop him before "the devil in the details" show their ugly head.
He is an abomination. I lament that you are so blind to that...that you can applaud actions on his part that are reflections of actions taken, as I mentioned, by every petty dictator has done on his way to power.
