QE was the right thing to do in a recession. We have our recovery now, don't we? Why complain about good policy at the right time.

Not really. What has always happened is that we see a drop in revenue. Then the normal growth in revenue resumes, at a slower than normal pace, and the right exults: "Look, the tax cut increased revenue!" Bunch of BS. Revenue normally increases. Tax cuts interrupt that normal growth.

This is outright bullshit and moronic. But then, you do moron well. What we did see is that even with ever greater rates of Revenue, the SPENDING far exceeded what was being taken in. That is a fact you cannot dispute no matter how retarded you might be or willfully ignorant.

We have a revenue problem.

We could tax the rich a little bit more to balance the budget and start to pay down the debt, but the politicians don't want to upset their owners.

I have calculated an increase of the top rate from 39% to 50% will allow us to begin paying down the debt. We would also have to return to previous military spending levels.
