The battle over Trump, which side is winning?

It’s there, but you need to google it lol.

I know; someone else already provided the DNC platform website.

Maybe the word I should use is "strategy," rather than plan. Other than sitting back and watching Trump hang himself five times/day, I haven't seen much of one. As Thing1 pointed out, we have a lot of sharp young leaders in the (D) party; so far though I haven't seen a lot of effort to get them out there and in the public's eye.... except for Joe Kennedy III. That might be the fault of the MSM though, which remains fixated on Trump and whatever Disaster du Jour he comes up with regularly.

Uneducated people cling to that. Educated people understand popularity does not elect a President. As you so sorely know.

Trump definitely still goes on quite a bit about that; just the other day he was once again claiming that Clinton only got more votes because of fraud. Apparently he's in your uneducated category, which of course most of us already knew.

Not for me. It appears by all the whining from the left about HRC not winning with the popular vote it is a new and strange thing for them though. Sorry laddie, but facts are facts.

New and strange? It fucked the country over with George W Bush. It's not a new thing. Normally when new issues are found in anything changes can be made. For our very livelihoods, or country though, we have to bow to the archaic, even when we discover things wrong. We can't be like anyone else we have to be weird in how we do things. Our country will slowly die out if it can't make changes, because of old ways that people delude themselves into believing work, because it gives them what they want. In truth the majority don't want these things. I wait for the electoral system to screw over the right, so they can piss, and moan despite hypocrisy like always. We embody the antichrist with all our sickness, pride, greed, and hate. Anymore I look at this place as a lost cause, a floundering burden, and a joke of what it's supposed to be.

Dead on target with the strategy bit.

It’s one thing to have a wish list on the DNC website and quite another to have people out there articulating the democrats message: hence, my point about me having to go on a web search trying to find out what democrats stand for.

And you’re right again about the media—Trump absolutely lives in their heads lol.

The problem goes back to Hillary, when you think about it. She had no clear strategy to win the *electoral college*; she relied too much on the Obama coalition, which was a mistake, partly because blacks weren’t as ginned up over a white woman named Clinton.

In contrast, Trump was out there hammering on immigration; sucky trade relationships with China and Mexico and making every effort to appeal to working class voters.

The latter group basically won the election for him.

But my main thrust is that if I need to google to find the democrats message—-that means millions of democrat voters are no different. As you yourself attested.

On paper at least, that spells trouble.

Your only thrust is pelvic you shitstain BUT when millions of union members vote for Trump,
The Dems have clearly lost their voice and their way.

still, clinton is more popular than trump

Thankfully, it’s a purely academic exercise lol, but I wonder how Hillary would be polling at this point?

Would she have escalated in Syria? Probably, given her past. There would be no Trump Tax cut to cheer about. The media would be treating her with kid gloves, so that’s to her advantage.

I’d say her numbers would be about on par with Trump’s.
