What the United States Attorney is looking for and why?

So it comes out that the United States Attorney for Manhattan was looking for communications between Trump and Cohen regarding efforts to stop the release of the Access Hollywood tape.

What this means?

1) The Attorney Client privilege does not include discussions with attorneys regarding future crimes. This, I suspect, is what they were looking for, and why it was okay to go after A/C communications.

2) my question now is... what Infomation did they have that was strong enough to convince a judge to grant a warrant for a raid looking for communications with the President of the United Stated and his attorney and where did they get it?

They have something strong suggesting Trump and Cohen were planning to commit a crime regarding covering up the Access Hollywood tape.

Mueller has to have seen some of those conspiratorial communications between Trump and Cohen.
Without something as concrete as that he wouldn't have passed it on, and the US Attorney wouldn't have been able to get the warrants for the raids.

also clearly aimed at discovering what Trump knew, if anything, about these efforts and any potential involvement he may have had in keeping the information from going public.

It’s hard for me to imagine anything else that would’ve been strong enough to get that warrant, But how in the world would Mueller have seen that?

Mueller did the exact right thing . He passed evidence of the crime off to the appropriate prosecutor in the appropriate district.

Mueller is rock solid.

That’s a legitimate question, what illegal activities where they engaged in? The only thing I can imagine, and I’m sure there are other options, is that they discussed using Russian money.

That sure quietsThe critics, but I think it was clearly within Muellers mandate to of done it himself has he chosen.

What possible crime regarding the FAKE news on Stormy Daniels would have been committed that could not have been handled in the traditional way with subpoenas? Be specific.

Last time I looked, having sex with a porn star is NOT a crime.

Sounds like they could be going down the Deniis Hastert road. Wiring money to pay off a bribe saying it for something else maybe.
 
There also could’ve been some sort of bribery or extortion attempt to prevent the tape from coming out. Remember NBC had the tape all along,But didn’t release it. The tape did not get released until CNN got a copy of it.
