House Intelligence : no collusion

I never recall anyone besides the conservatives saying collusion was a crime. Obstruction is though.

One question: why was the Trump-Russia investigation kept secret by all concerned until AFTER the election? Did they think that was a good way to stop Trump?

I’m thinking if there was really anything to it, they would have been all over it by now. Rosenstein would gladly do it to appease Trump, but like Sessions said, there has to be evidence.
