Rachel Maddow reveals shocking fact that North Korea has a border with Russia

She is an interesting opinion commentator.

All news organizations have them...and MSNBC is especially lucky to have her.

Not sure why she bothers you (or some of the others) so...but I gotta admit there is a tinge of humor to watching it.

Ummm...perhaps more than a tinge.

Yeah but her opinions all come from the deep state, Pentagon, etc. You don't think it's sinister that hers just happen to align with U.S. foreign policy regarding Russia? And I'm only singling her out because this thread is about her. But if the government says "Assad bad", she and the others bark accordingly. Same shit regarding President Putin. That's not a free flow of ideas, that's the mainstream media 4th branch of the government shit right there. It's just disturbing to me how people eat that up without doing their own research and then act like she's a genius and a "smart woman speaking her mind" trope for pointing out a border I've noticed since I had a world map in my room as a kid.

Some of the assholes here who want to denigrate Rachel Maddow...

...ought to consider that they probably could not do two minutes of what she does on her show for 60 minutes each night.

I'd also guess that many of the people pooh=poohing the "Russia and North Korea" share a border"...DID NOT REALIZE THAT BEFORE THIS WEEK.

And, Anatta...you spent 12 paragraphs here essentially saying Maddow wasted your time with what she had to say.

Jesus H. Christ. (Shaking his head!)
she's a goofball Russiaphobe.
saying a small border share with Russia somehow influenced the summit is laughable.
I got a good laugh from the piece -too bad you don't see her nuttiness

Good for you.

BUT...

...American conservatives, for the most part, consider any woman who speaks her mind...to be odious.

You share that with them.

Really, yet I have posted stuff by Germaine Greer, Candace Owens, Judith Curry, Camille Paglia, Christina Hoff-Sommers and Jo Nova just in the last few weeks, maybe you were having a nap and missed them?

Nah...some come from Area 51...and a few from the Grassy Knoll.

Be careful when you use the word "all."

I'm glad you have noticed the border between Russia and North Korea since you were a kid. Ummm...do you have a point to make with that information?

I mean...there are some kids who cannot find Russia on a map...and adults also.

Oh, I can detect "nuttiness", Noise. Most of it is coming from the Trump supporters. Haven't you noticed that?

What the hell is your point?

You said you are not American...and not especially conservative.

So...what does that have to do with my comment: "...American conservatives, for the most part, consider any woman who speaks her mind...to be odious.

You share that with them."

You do. You said you find her to be odious.

Franky, logic is not for you.

linked on post 2

Uhh, no. I quoted his link from post 2, which was to this...

http://rinf.com/alt-news/newswire/g...th-korea-has-a-border-with-russia-rt-us-news/

... not the original source. Quoting Russia Today, a Russian government news source, on this seems a little dubious. But then rinf is a shit source too, that runs with the same crowd and frequently cites many of what are, likely, annata's favorite sources for information.

QUESTIONABLE SOURCE
A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, overt propaganda, poor or no sourcing to credible information and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence (Learn More). Sources listed in the Questionable Category may be very untrustworthy and should be fact checked on a per article basis. Please note sources on this list are not considered fake news unless specifically written in the notes section for that source. See all Questionable sources.

Bias: Extreme Right, Propaganda, Conspiracy, Hate Group

Notes: Launched in 2004, RINF is an alternative news, citizen journalism website that focuses on producing television shows, films and publishing conspiracy theories such as “’9/11 was an inside job, yes it was’, organised by the American government and Hollywood”. RINF is based in Lancaster, United Kingdom and Mick Meaney is the CEO.

In review, RINF utilizes strong loaded words and some of their articles are poorly sourced such as “Muslim Who Attacked Couple With Axe Yesterday Has Robbed A Bank Today.” Although not stated on the web page for this article, the original source is Jihad Watch, which is a questionable source and considered a hate group by the SPLC. In general, all stories favor the right and they use questionable sources such as the Alt-Right Breitbart and extreme right conspiracy websites such as the Gateway Pundit and Red Ice TV. All of these sources have a very poor track record with fact checkers. RINF also supports Neo-Nazi White Supremacist Andrew Anglin who is the publisher of the racist website the Daily Stormer. Overall, we rate RINF questionable based on extreme right wing bias, promotion of conspiracies and support for media and personalities connected to hate groups. (M. Huitsing 2/20/2018)

Regular MSNBC viewers will be familiar with Rachel Maddow and her affinity for Russiagate speculation; but the conspiracy-happy host has finally gone off the deep end with her coverage of the Singapore nuclear summit this week.

On Tuesday’s episode of her show, Maddow launched an 18-minute long attempt to prove that the person who benefited most from US President Donald Trump’s nuclear summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un was actually Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Before she got down to the business of explaining how Putin secretly controlled Trump during the Singapore summit, however, Maddow had some very important news to impart to her viewers. This news was so important that Maddow spent the first three minutes of her segment building up to the big reveal.

With much fanfare, the intrepid MSNBC host revealed to the world – drum roll, please – the well-hidden fact that North Korea has, indeed, got a small border with Russia.

Now, of course, this was nothing that a quick glance at a map of the world couldn’t confirm in two seconds, but on The Rachel Maddow Show it was truly groundbreaking information presented almost as though Maddow herself had uncovered a huge geographical secret.

I am not a fan of hers but TBH, I think it wasn't until this past year that I really realized that this was the case and was a bit surprised I didn't already know this. I guess it has been too long since 4th or whatever grade geography. For some reason I was thinking the Russia border was further north with a swath of China in between.

She always dedicates the first 20 minutes, commercial free of her program to give a full account of the story.

... and that what I like and I'm betting why the RW can't stand her.

lie for 60 minutes?......Hilliary could do it lying down.......the average lib'rul is good for at least 20 minutes without taking a breath.......

The problem for you RW tardfucks is that, unlike your heroes, she doesn't lie. The truth is too difficult for most of you to accept. Or comprehend.

Frank, why are you so quick to defend propagandists like her? Scum like Maddow are not journalists, in fact, she's an insult to journalists everywhere, along with the dumbfucks at Fox and CNN. What kind of fucking retard makes a living by pointing out that DPRK borders Russia for thirty minutes? She's either dumb as fuck or lazy as fuck, but I'm going to vote that she's both.

Good point on pointing out that geography. Wrong audience, as her viewers are intelligent enough to know already.

It's the Trumpsuckers that need the geography lesson and they're all at Walmart buying cheap shit made in China.

anyone can do what she does.

she is in an echo chamber, insulated by cronies and retards

IMO, Maddow is too invested and not a very good source. None of the talking heads are very good sources.

But compared to Russia Today or the rinf site that annata used...

That's beyond pot and kettle.

I'm not a conservative. Hillary and Maddow don't scare me because they're intelligent women, they scare me because Hillary has a hard-on for bombing sovereign nations and pushing her imperialist agenda, while Maddow is an echo chamber for smug liberals to fold their arms and nod at each other. What is it with this straw-man everyone likes to pull about "muh you just hate successful women"? I think that it's actually an insult to intelligent women that people like Hillary are upheld as the pinnacle of female empowerment or whatever.

But what scares me more is the drooling American shills who take everything the mainstream media says as gospel. Edward Bernays would be proud.

What Dr Maddow really revealed that night is that the three people in the world that most wanted the concession from Trump that he would end the joint military exercises with SK are Kim, Vlad and Xi.
Three people Trump most admires and wants to please.
Trump gave it away without ANYTHING in return.
The most surprised people in the world that Trump unilaterally gave them this prize are Moon, the South Korean people and the Pentagon.
