Never said I think racism isn't still happening in higher education. I said there's already laws in effect outside of AA to protect minorities against discrimination.

Anyone that can produce a post where I said any race is superior to another. I have always taken the stance about any people anywhere that we all bleed the same color, we are all born without hatred and we all start out with the same amount of brain cells. Life itself teaches other different.

I think affirmative action has its place but should be color blind. E.g., a white kid growing up in a trailer park without a father should have the same special consideration as a black kid from the ghetto. Both have to overcome severe disadvantages to excel in school. But if either are fuck ups, no consideration.
Same with Asians. They're the most discriminated against race in academics, by far. The mentality is, "Well he's Asian, he has an advantage." Complete BS. We all are born with the same innate potential (well most of us) that has nothing to do with race.
