On the hacking side of the operation (run by the GRU), I found this in the latest Mueller indictment:
"On or about August 15, 2016, the Conspirators, posing as Guccifer 2.0, received a request for stolen documents from a candidate for the U.S. Congress. The Conspirators responded using the Guccifer 2.0 persona and sent the candidate stolen documents related to the candidate’s opponent."

his politics have completely de-railed with TDS..the idea of Russian hacking rings in the USA is utterly unsupported.
The DNC hacking had many characteristics of an inside job -but considering the drama effecting the DNC during the election, and the fact not even our IC leadership claims it was "Russian hacking rings" inside the US,
shows how far he's strayed from reality.
It was most likely someone with a beef if it was an inside job.
But then Althea thinks everyone is a "Russian operative" -Manfort et all included.

What bothers me in all this is no forensics of the DNC server -malware isn't unique to the GRU or Eastern Europe etc.
So what they say led to the GRU by malware ID and address pings -can easily be explained away.
It looks like a house of cards conspiracy. not to mention the infamous "Russian cutout" often pointed to,
but never revealed

i've laid out a case the FBI did not use forensics on the DNC server,and the Crowdstrike forensics is questionable with proof by it misidentity of Ukraine howitzers
