Trump admits to the crime on Fox Interview.

"According to Cohen's plea agreement". Was this adjudicated? Will it set any kind of legal precedent? Do you feel as though you're more knowledgeable on this subject than a former head of the FEC? The guy who wrote the rule?

Don't spoil Jarheads fun, he will start at least another 10 threads on the subject.

Another "Gotcha" moment vaporized by reality...….I simply love the sound of left wing grinding and gnashing of teeth in the morning, sounds like VICTORY. Why do you idiots ASSUME wing nut Mueller kicked this "nothing burger" to the STATE? :palm: 16.7 Million dollar per year prosecutor......ON DUTY to bring down those TAX FRAUDS that the IRS refused to prosecute because there was insufficient evidence (in comes BIG BROTHER with an unlimited bank account....DOWN goes Manafort)…..then after breaching the Lawyer/Client confidentiality practice in a pre-dawn SWAT raid...DOWN GOES an ambulance chaser). Yep....the Mueller investigation is well worth the money.

The double standard? Hillary was determined not to have committed the crime of leaking national security communications (a federal felony) because she was IGNORANT...….Mr. Trump's lawyer had the FEDS descend upon his office and declare a CAMPAIGN FINANCE breech.....declaring IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE.... PRICELESS. RED MEAT for the press. Why has there been NO TRIAL in this instance? Because a jury of peers would have laughed in the face of Mueller's so called prosecutors.....while a Federal Judge would have explained the fine details of the Campaign Finance Act and the laws that govern its enforcement.

Nothing Burger: Mueller and team "Dumpster Diving".....while Simpson and Fusion GPS evidence of Russian Collusion resides in the sunlight at the intersection of Broadwalk and Park Place.....documented with a paper trail that Ray Charles could follow.

hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, Trump directed little Mikey to do it...right? And, a candidate (in this case Trump) can give a million bucks if he wants to and then repay it.

not from his "charity"

and you have to declare it on your campaign filings

If he reports it.

If he doesn't...and hides it by funnelling through a lawyer and lies about it....that's conspiracy on top of a violation of campaign finance law

He does not know he admitted to the crime, because he does not understand the crime. Regardless, he did admit to it.

Shortly after firing Comey, Trump also admitted that he fired him because of the Russia investigation, in an interview with Lester Holt of NBC. No obstruction to see here, folks. Hey, look over there! A squirrel!

So when Hillary funneled money through Perkins Coie to pay Fusion GPS to collude with Russians for dirt on Trump that was illegal

Trump has it backward. Had he used his own money to pay off Daniels and McDougal and routed it through his presidential campaign, there wouldn’t be a legal issue. (Publicly disclosing payments to Daniels, an adult film star, and McDougal, a Playboy model, of course, would have undermined the purpose of the payments, which was to keep the allegations secret.)

The campaign is allowed to make large payments. But Cohen pleaded guilty to making one excessive contribution to the campaign by paying $130,000 to Daniels out of his own pocket and facilitating a $150,000 excessive and illegal corporate contribution from the publishing company American Media Inc. These payments constituted in-kind donations, according to Cohen’s plea agreement, and thus exceeded the $2,700 individual campaign contribution limit. One came from a corporation, which may not donate directly to presidential campaigns. Neither of these two illegal donations was disclosed by the Trump campaign.
thank you Perry Mason for clearing that up

what a nut-bag

NOt if he only repays it after he realizes it is going to become public.

Additionally an interest free three to six month loan is still an illegal campaign donation.

where do you get this "campaign donation" part, nut-bag.

that's where your legal argument falls apart.
I realize a sixth grade education limits your thought process to posting cartoons when your knowledge on particular subjects runs dry.
SO.. It's that time

And followed that up in a PRIVATE meeting the next day with the Russian Ambassador where he admitted that the "pressure" from the Comey investigation was now "taken off".

Of course we found this out via the RUSSIAN press since Trump didn't allow American reporters into that meeting

I understand that you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about...but a payoff of hush money to keep someone from revealing damaging information just prior to an election IS a campaign finance issue.

See John Edwards

Three years after an affair, two weeks before the election, days after the Access Hollywood tape comes out, the money was spent to help the campaign.

Obama's campaign did not file some paperwork relating to a number of otherwise legal donations. This is an administrative infraction.

Trump and Cohen worked together, to use money that was never reported, for the campaign. They worked to keep it hidden so that the voters would not know about it. They intentionally circumvented the law. The dollar amount was illegal even if they had done it in a legal way. To keep it hidden they had the money come from a corporation which is also illegal. This is a felony.

All of this to cover up an affair with a porn star that he had while his wife was home with a 5 month old kid.

If he reports it.

Funneled? Lawyers, CFO's and staff of businessmen and pols are authorized to to handle financial matters. :palm:

FYI: The constitution provides the authority for Mr. Trump....the duly elected POTUS, to fire anyone they see as unfit for the office held....for any reason the president declares. Comey was fired because of complicit actions in LEAKING CLASSIFED INFORMATION, for LYING UNDER OATH.....etc., And most certainly the POTUS had the right to fire Comey for his complicity in beginning this unjustified personal assault on the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY void of declaring any CRIME that Mr. Trump was supposed to have committed. Just present the CRIME used as the basis for this SPECIAL INVESTIGATION.....Russian Collusion? Then why has Clinton's name even been introduced into such an investigation if this is not TARGETED, WEAPONIZED use of the entire DOJ structure of the US Government.

Bill Clinton fired his FBI director (and Omarosa) who was investigating a MURDER (do you know just how many murders/suicides the Clinton machine is linked to, it appears that suicides are a contagious disease when you work for the Clintons)....where was the outrage?

Clinton...used funneled 11 million dollars of Campaign Finance contributions to Fusion GPS who then used that money to hire a foreign agent to go to a foreign nation in order find information to influence a presidential election. Logic and Reason dictates the exact reason that Comey and Others were fired and why "OTHERS" will be fired and jailed.

Now you are bitching about a small...legal privately paid (non-disclosure payout.....that was paid to protect the privacy of Mr. Trumps family. Simply prove these payments were not paid for these reasons. There has been no trial, no judgment in court.....no one has objectively proven any of these female accusers to be telling the truth....all we know is they are in legal Jeopardy for breaking these freely signed and compensated legal contracts. Yet.....here we are ignoring the 11 million dollar Gorilla standing in the middle of Fusion GPS.

Trump can fire and pardon anyone for anything, unless it is for corrupt reasons. Firing Comey was for corrupt reasons.
