I didn't hide anything

Yes you did.

You hid the fact that individual SNAP benefits have declined because of cuts to SNAP by Trump and the Conservatives.

It's literally in the link in my post that you didn't bother to read because you're an entitled, lazy asshole.

By passing oppressive laws. By attempting to implement price controls. By direct taxes to pay for it all (in addition to the tax and waste caused by these laws).

The federal government is currently trying to tell me what toilet I can have, what light bulb I can have, what kind of engine my car can have, how often I have to replace perfectly good working parts on my airplane (one just came due), by using taxation to 'guide society', but the taxes I pay in products such as gasoline, which is taxed when you drill for the oil, taxed when you sell that oil to a refinery, taxed to refine it, taxed to store the finished product, taxed to transport that product to distribution centers, taxed to add the moderators and other chemistry, taxed to store it at the distribution centers, taxed to pump it into the ground at the gas stations, and taxed when you pump it out of the ground at the gas station, then the general taxes just for owning a car.

Don't even get me started about tires.

Oh...and don't forget the casinos. You are taxed on a big win, but you don't get to write off any losses you sustained to get that big win. They take HALF the money you won in some cases!

then move to a country that doesn't regulate and tax

good luck finding one.

taxes are part of the cost of things in a capitalistic Democracy

paying for the damages your choices cause

You don't lie paying for your actions?

fucking grow up shit stain

You claimed SNAP had been cut--why didn't you point out that total spending had increased and that lower unemployment was the cause of the decline?

Because individual benefits were cut. It's literally the one thing you left out of the quoted response.

So that's an example of you acting in bad faith, which is how all Conservatives act. You can't be expected to be truthful or honest, instead we must expect that you will provide a distorted message while ignoring everything that undermines your beliefs, and holding back exculpatory information that proves your argument a steaming, stinking pile of shit.

Individual benefits were cut. That had nothing to do with the lowering of the unemployment rate, and everything to do with the cuts you Conservatives made to SNAP.

Since its high in 2011, the average monthly benefit per recipient has fallen from $133.85 each month to $125.79.

That above is what you chose to not respond to in my post. It's obvious why. You want people to think Conservatives didn't cut SNAP for veterans, but they actually did. The average monthly benefit has declined since 2011. That's 100% due to the SNAP cuts, as the link I provided said.

Agreed. Tax cuts do not cause deficits and debt. Spending is the problem. not tax cuts. Borrowing is the problem, not tax cuts. Printing money is the problem, not tax cuts.

The Federal Reserve is directly responsible for crashes in the economic system since the Great Depression. It is price controls on money itself. Price controls never work.

under that same idiot philosophy not having a job isn't why you have debt

its all that silly spending on rent and food

You hid some exculpatory information as well. But, we can't include everything

I hid nothing. I gave you the link to the Newsweek article. I even quoted it for you. You ignored that because it undermined your case. So you continue to lie and bleat and cheat and act like a Conservative.

Your fucking laziness is no excuse.

Grow up and get the fuck over yourself.

What benefit cuts are you talking about? The one in this year's farm bill that has not yet passed?

The SNAP cuts that have been active since Sequestration.

That's why the average monthly benefit fell, like I quoted.

You ignored that quote because it wouldn't let you pretend that the cuts to SNAP weren't because fewer people used the programs. It's because you all cut the individual benefit.

What's so disconcerting is the economy is in relatively good shape yet we refuse to cut spending. If we won't do it now when will we do it?

That's why I call the Republicans Borrow and spend, while the Democrats are tax and spend.

I prefer tax and spend, for obvious reasons.

He's Exhibit A of a partisan trying to create an economic narrative around the facts. (People on the right do this as well so he's not alone). But everyone one of his stories is Republican = bad, Democrats = good. All credit to one, all blame to the other. The real world doesn't work so easily but on a message board...

You're a lazy fucking loser.

As I quoted three times now, the individual SNAP benefit was cut. I even provided you with the Newsweek article link showing that very thing. You all choose to ignore that because it ruins the fantasy you hold so dear.

Kill yourself. You're the worst fucking person on these boards. A total and complete poseur and fraud.

Not really. A lot of bubble economy exists in the real estate loans just like last time.

No it doesn't. The bubble from 2004-7 was fueled by no-doc and low-doc subprime loans.

We are nowhere near the level of subprime market share that we were from 2004-7.

You're a fucking liar.

You are looking at the symptom, not the cause.

No, you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. The drop of inventory orders for Q3 and Q4 isn't because "of housing". It's because of your shitty tariffs that pushed distributors to fill orders ahead of the tariffs. So they increased inventory output and production temporarily. But to assume that same level of demand will be there for Q3 and Q4 with the tariffs, is to make a stupid assumption.

Our economy will slide into a recession because of these tariffs, not because of housing. Housing will end up being affected because of the job loss caused by the tariffs and higher consumer prices.

And it will be entirely the Conservatives' fault.

No, printing money results in higher consumer prices. The Federal Reserve results in high consumer prices.

You don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

Tariffs aren't paid by governments, you stupid motherfucker. They're paid by consumers. The Fed has nothing to do with that.

You just seem to want to scapegoat a central banking system because you fundamentally do not understand what it is.

I remember vividly Trump's tea bagger base whining constantly about the national debt.............."the Dems don't care, our grandchildren will pay for this!"

now they can't run up enough debt, fuckin hypocrites

Inventories don't 'output'. Variations of supply and demand is a normal part of any economy

Let me explain something to you because it doesn't appear that you can fake your way through this discussion.

Inventories are output. Inventory is the output. If your inventory orders for Q3 and Q4 are both being serviced in Q2, then what inventory orders will be there during Q3 and Q4? The entire reason they rushed to get inventories out was because they wanted to avoid having consumers pay higher prices because of the tariffs. So the orders for Q2, Q3, and Q4 were likely placed in Q2. So Q2's output and productivity is going to be high because of that. But that means a significant drop in demand for orders in Q3 and Q4, because you already serviced that demand in Q2. So you're not going to manufacture or produce or output inventory to fill demand that isn't there. So without that demand comes layoffs and downsizing. So you barely juiced the economy in Q2 at the long-term expense of Q3 and Q4 economic output and productivity.

This is just too complex for a person like you with limited mental capacity to understand.

Nope. Our tariffs are in large part retaliatory of existing tariffs and subsidized products from other nations.

The tariffs only increase costs to consumers. Domestic distributors are the ones who pay the tariffs and they pass that cost onto consumers by increasing prices at the point-of-sale. No government pays a tariff. The country from where the product comes doesn't pay the tariff. The company that makes the product overseas doesn't pay the tariff. You pay the tariff at the point-of-sale.

The deficit ALWAYS growS bigger and faster during a republican administration.
ALWAYS.

what a goof

never mind the 10 trillion in additional debt under OBAMA,
which surpasses anything known in history

We will never dig out of that

If Obama was here right now I'd make him explain that to the youth who will spend their lives with that anchor around their neck.
But he's probably back in Kenya so let's let hat sleeping dog lie

Have you forgotten the amount that Obama printed (practically overnight) to prevent banks 'too big to fail' from collapsing?

And I remember at the time that every single Conservative predicted a further economic collapse and hyperinflation.

Guess what?

YOU WERE ALL WRONG.

All of you.

Every. Single. One of you.

Not one Conservative got any prediction right.

Not one.

You were all universally wrong about what would happen.

And the only reason the Fed stepped in was because Conservatives forfeit their duties to govern for a policy of obstructionism. If Conservatives had helped to recover the economy from the collapse caused by their policies, the Fed would not have needed to step in and keep interest rates low and do QE.

So whatever you're complaining about, just know that it was caused by actions the people you support took to avoid accepting responsibility for their belief system causing the collapse to happen in the first place.

listening to you nut-bags bloviate on a subject you have no clue on is so atypical of the state of the Democrat party, triggered beyond reason, whining just to whine about make believe crisis
