By now it should be pretty obvious to sane people that the republicans have something to hide.

They are going to push this through come hell or high water.

What Dr. Ford and democrats can do is to make sure republicans pay a heavy price .. and that is entirely doable.

Of course they do. That wasn't a coincidence that the lady came publicly forward less than a week ago, and within hours a letter about Brett-is-an-angel signed by 65 alleged female contemporaries was whipped out by Grassley.

Personally, if I were Kavanaugh I'd be all in favor of an investigation to prove my innocence.... assuming I was innocent.

He isn't innocent .. which is why he's not asking the FBI to investigate .. and it's why he won't take a lie-detector test.

Exactly. An innocent man would be all for facing his accuser and FBI investigators. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I don't know about you, but I'm fairly tired of living in interesting times. lol

Are you aware that the FBI investigated the Anita Hill allegations when it surfaced?

So many twists, turns, and hoops to jump through for such an 'impeccable man' to avoid the FBI.

and when it was all said and done, the senate decided she was lying and Thomas was confirmed........we're just skipping the wasted time in between........

people like you are the reason lie detector tests are not admissible in court.......too many idiots trying to create implications that aren't there........
