Furthermore, mifepristone was developed by Roussel-Uclaf in 1980. It became available in the US in 2002. Danco Labs got sole distribution rights in 2002. In 1997 all rights to mifepristone outside the US were transferred to Exelgyn S.A. I have seen no proof tying Ford to any of these companies.
