Look asshole, the person I recommended for (and was given) my position when I retired was a Puerto Rican HS grad. He earned it because he wanted to learn the trade more than the white college grads that had more seniority than he did. Those I interviewed had the experience I was looking for, I never even looked at the (voluntary) race question and there was no religion box.
