Ronald Reagan asked Gorbachev to 'TEAR DOWN THAT WALL'. He freed East Germans from the communist Russian dictatorship. Reagan and Gorbachev worked TOGETHER to bring freedom to millions of East Germans. The fall of the Berlin Wall was one of the greatest moments in history!
