What gives, why is Rump so shitty for DOW growth?

Why can't he keep steady Growth?
 
in his fifth year in office it actually made it back to where it was when he got elected......by the way, April 2012 through April 2013 was pretty flat......2014 through 2016 would be flat if you disregarded the two times the market dropped......the highs were all the same......

The DOW never got over 25000 under Obama but record numbers on food stamps was reached. Why did food stamp use rise when all those jobs were supposedly being created by Obama?

here's the deal,

let's just all be thankful that we actually survived the Obama years.
Not so good news for future generations with the massive debt he ran up, when that comes home to roost God help who is in that wrong place wrong time.

but we survived, and are fixing things
