Trumponomics driving down employement numbers, what a shocker

Two Charts Show Trump's Job Gains Are Just A Continuation From Obama's Presidency

except it is not.

Under Obama, the labor participation rate fell consistently throughout his two terms. Under Trump, it has begun ticking back up slowly. Labor participation is up 0.3% since Trump took office, while unemployment rate fell from 4.7% to 4%. So he gained 0.7% on unemployment while labor participation increased .3%... net gain is 1% in the two years he has been in office.

Under Obama, Unemployment rate went from 7.8% to 4.7%, while labor participation rate went from 65.7% to 62.9%. So he gained 3.1% on the unemployment side and lost 2.8% on the labor participation rate. His net was a gain of 0.3% during his 8 years.

That shows just how anemic the growth was under Obama.

After 8 years of Conservative economics, Bush lost net jobs.

Bush lost about 420,000 private sector jobs net over his 8 years.

He's the only President in the last 90 years to leave office with fewer private sector jobs than he inherited.

Of course. Democrats had the house and Senate the last year or so of his Presidency. WTF did you think was going to happen?

That is a LIE you dishonest dumb fuck. GWB ended his term with a net increase of 1.348 million jobs. Most of these job loses were a result of the Democratically caused mortgage implosion resulting in a massive recession that we didn't really emerge from until Obama left office.
