The fact that obstruction was not ruled out means further investigation is needed. That is the function of the house. They should investigate Trump's obvious obstruction and see if it meets the level of lawbreaking. Trump presents a new problem, are Trump's tweets proof of obstruction and are they admissiblle. Are tweets evidence in courts? Are the presidents childish tweets evidence? Or is there some reason his are not allowable in court?
There is much in play here.

First, yes, a public statement, written or verbal can be used as evidence.
No, we do not need another investigation on obstruction. There was not enough evidence to charge Trump with Obstruction. Rosenstein and Barr stated that.

You say the obstruction is obvious, yet Mueller didn't find evidence enough to charge Trump... how do you reconcile the two?

Nobody has presented anything everybody already knows. But we all know this - the entire investigation was predicated on a fake dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign.
So there'll be an investigation on whether Trump fired Comey ???? I can save the country a lot of money. Trump fired Comey. Comey was investigating his boss based on an illegal fake dossier. I wouldn't even call that justice. It was an attempted coup.
Since the whole investigation resulted in the collusion to be a big hoax I'd say Trump did the country a service firing Comey.
Lindsey Graham et al have vowed to get to the bottom of the whole thing. I hope they do.

Mueller didn't say that. Barr said Mueller said that, and Barr refuses to release the report.

So we are being forced to take Barr's word for it (Rosenstein didn't sign the letter Barr sent out), and I'm not sure why anyone should since he's the one who covered up Iran/Contra 30 years ago.

Furthermore, you haven't seen the Mueller report, so you don't know shit.

The GOP is refusing to release the report; it's pretty obvious why.

Instead, they are trying to force us to accept their conclusions of something without even seeing that something.

Why the fuck should anyone take anything they say as the truth?

This is just like the GOP fixing Iraq WMD Intel to fit the conclusion.

And how do you know this without even reading Mueller's report?
