He was mimicking a "flustered person". The reporter in question, can't even move his arms at all, much less fling them wildly about. If you watch either video, you will see Trump did the same thing to Ted Cruz.

The second video is a lot longer and starts by debunking the Fake News Mythos about "celebrating Muslims". The Fake News story which triggered the whole chain of events.

i don't know what he was doing but it was in poor taste. as was obama's remark about the Special Olympics....boo to them both....
sometimes people are incredibly‘ thoughtless....you'll often see the use of the "R" word, or the many versions of it, here...which should just make us all sad and pretty disgusted...

Thank you, yes. I agree that they were both in poor taste. Oh, believe me, it hasn't gone unnoticed. They just don't have the communication skills needed to come up with a better word to use as an insult.
