Only in your opinion which obviously is not consistent with current law. States have restricted speech, press, and other rights, but those laws were ruled unconstitutional and they are no longer in effect. In case you are unaware, states no longer have laws against interracial marriage, state mandated segregation, laws requiring loyalty oaths, punishing students for refusing to say the pledge, requiring religious activities, etc. Those laws no longer exist because they were found unconstitutional (often in federal courts). Some of those laws were struck down because they violated the 14th Amendment which was obviously ratified before 2003.
Since the states no longer have those unconstitutional laws they obviously chose to follow the rulings of the courts rather than your constitutional interpretation.
No matter how many times you repeat this same stuff it does not make it true. Nobody follows the interpretations you are expressing including none of the dissenters in court cases.
