One cannot look at this and deny that Trump is not sniffing some drug. Even his demeanor was bizarre. He was reading a telemprompter that mistakenly said Toledo? He does not even pay attention to what he is reading.

The sniff is typically his tell when he's lying. (no wonder he does it so much)

It's an attempt to buy time while he's thinking of a diversion. He did it in the Hillary debates.

He has many tells but this is something else. Rumor has it that he snorts Adderall and it appears to be true.

There might be another explanation for Trump’s slurred speech. Noel Casler, a comedian and former Apprentice staffer who was around when Trump hosted the show claims that the president snorts Adderall regularly. At a recent performance, Casler alleged, “Trump can’t read and promptly gets really nervous when confronted with cue cards. He’s a speed freak. He crushes up his Adderall, and he sniffs it because he can’t read and he gets really nervous when he has to read cue cards. I’m not kidding. This is true. I had a 24-page NDA, non-disclosure agreement. I didn’t know then he was becoming president.”

Obviously Trump can read but he is indeed terrible at it.

He also does it when he's incensed. Typically when he's challenged by a reporter who shoves his own words/actions down the idiot's throat.


When he's really wound up, you can see the swelling at the upper part of his nose.

From what I've seen in the past, Trump is very unstable; he his notorious for saying something today and changing his mind tomorrow, and I'm not going to take anything that he says serious. Next week Trump will probably just toggle back to his old self as usual.
 
He is such an embarrassment. I'm surprised that he didn't burst into flames, as many times as he mentioned God.

He very poorly read what was written. Nothing he said came from his head and certainly not from anything remotely resembling a heart.

What struck me is how impassioned he is when he is spreading his hate rhetoric at his rallies but then here, while reading this prepared message, he goes into this drab monotone completely bereft of any discernible feeling or enthusiasm. It is as if he is being forced against his will to perform this thing that he doesn't really feel like doing but knows it is expected of him so he is doing it.

What happened to the passion and feeling used during the rallies?

It is plainly obvious his heart is not in this.

I don't think he really cares at all.
