Mueller was hardly a "debacle". He demonstrated collusion and obstruction. Unfortunately, DOJ policy did not allow him to pursue the matter. So now it's up to Congress. Unfortunately, the Senate, which would have to try the matter, is controlled by the corrupt GOP. Yes, I know that the Democrats are also corrupt, but the GOP is worse.
