Again, you are missing the point, those contacts did happen, and as Mueller explained, he didn't bring forth charges cause he couldn't prove beyond the doubt thing again that they were coordinated, the two parties were planning and scheming together, that plus the Trump people involved didn't know how the law applied to their activities.
