Loans aren't taxable income because they're temporary. You pay them back, often with interest, so you're not any richer for borrowing the money.

the subpoena and RFPs indicating under oath either that there are no loan docs responsive to the demand or producing all Trump's loan documents showing
no cosigners who are Russian.
