Democrats Pass Resolution Applauding ‘Nonreligious Americans,’ Criticizing Churchgoer

Too fucking bad, there's no such thing as "freedom from religion" in the Constitution.

Blah blah blah. Come, try and force your religion on me.

See what happens. I fucking dare you.

Note: There is also no freedom for you to assert your religious theocracy on the public at large and the founding fathers themselves specifically excluded your bullshit god from our nation's creation.

Fuck your god.

I'll pray for you, but it doesn't look good for your life after with that attitude

and not only that but you are constitutionally stupid, your view is not at all what the "fathers" envisioned

you're a nut**bag, a miserable nut**bag and oh how I wish you had the opportunity to show me hw tough you were
I'd break off your arm and beat you with it

Only a good christian begs for the death of another human being - where's ruth?

You are an iconoclast and a sinner based on your uncivil and sanctimonious, hate filled displays.

Go flagellate and say 50 lord's prayers.

Atheism is not a religion. It's a lack of belief. I can never wrap my head around how fucked your brain must truly be to believe atheism, like anything else, is religion.

They don't. It just feels good for them to say it. It's basically "oh yeah? We'll you are as stupid as I am!"
False equivalency is a recurring theme in right wing tropes across many pathways and subjects. Basically, they know we are better than they are,
(morally, intellectually) so they resent the shit out of us.

and he resorts to vile, putrid name calling even in a thread about religion ^^^

"stupid black book" huh?
that you do not realize that one day you will sit before God and explain all you did make we pity you, it really does, sincerely pity you

exhibit 2 ^^^

When you are angry, triggered and miserable, I suppose it's all you got left
best of luck in all you do

Let’s get something straight, idiot.

By the time I was 12, I had figured out that your fucking Bible was mostly a compilation of fairytales. If your god thinks that a brain and free thought is a virtue, we won’t have a problem.

They're idiotic hacks who believe a sand genie will grant them wishes if they live like fucking nuns for all eternity. It's pathetic.

Lol, Christianity isn't forced on anyone. But I do get get a chuckle at people like you, who are triggered by a Nativity scene.

I'm not triggered by a nativity scene. Just keep it off of public property. Would you prefer to see a gigantic demon on the capitol lawn?

That's actually too kind.

Fair; they're authoritarian death cult nihilists who have more to die for than to live for; they want to control the entire country and replace it with a pseudo-hand maids tale esque military junta where we are all stoned to death for speeding.

'Atheism' is a term by which people define themselves in terms of an antiquated belief, as if I described myself as an anti-flat-earther or an anti-phlogistonist. I wish Americans would stop pretending they lived in the Nineteenth Century!

But we have to because they do and they have power.

Although a creche on federal land is unconstitutional, it doesn't rate on my top 10 list of things I want to spend political capital eliminating.
It plays too much into their persecution complex culture war nonsense. Is it presumptuous and stupid? Hell yes.
But I do care and will go to war over creationism and intelligent design in schools.
That's a huge battle line they cross. No pun.
