Dude- Let me read you the only rules for the House Of Representatives for impeaching a president in the Constitution.....

Article I § 2 of the United States Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power to impeach (make formal charges against)

That is basically all of the rules the House has to follow!

So this gives Nancy all the discretion she needs to decide to continue to investigate, and decide when to conduct a vote.

I don't understand your lack of knowledge on this matter, or why this upsets you in any way, or why Nancy is upsetting you in any way.

Yeah.....What part of the House of Representative(s)…..plural do you fail to comprehend? It takes the entire HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES to hold a formal impeachment hearing....not 2 people, there must be REPRESENTATION of THE PEOPLE et.al., That is constitutionally acted upon via an on the record VOTE....hell even the POTUS has constitutional rights of due process in defending himself against accusations.

That is the very reason that AA NANCY is not challenging the no shows on her ILLEGAL SUBPOENAS in court......there is no constitutional authority for a closed door impeachment inquiry void of due process.

This impeachment is DOA. :rolleyes: There is no legal method to call witnesses as dictated by SHITLESS.
