Nationalize laws, not the myriad of state and local laws.
Federal crime where you go away a ling time.
Product liability, including those who are careless with their storage and use. Probably this kid’s parents or relative.
Smart guns.
Full registration so that weapons can be tracked to their source.
Full background checks, even if you sell your gun to crazy Uncle Bill.

A simple trigger lock prevents this shooting. Mandate it when the weapon is not in an authorized person’s possession.

But the barrel-strokers block every one of these.

What law would have stopped this? There are already 20,000 gun laws on the books and millennials continue to kill each other. We took our guns to school and went hunting afterwards. Why didn't my generation (and previous generations) shoot up schools? Can you answer that?

I've been around guns since I was a small child. I got my first one when I was 12 (a high-power rifle). Never had an accident of any kind. Millions of other gun owners haven't either. Take your "ideas" and shove them up your ass.

Been around guns longer than you've been alive, son. Plenty of them in the house from the time I could remember them being there. Not once has one of them ever done anything on it's own.
