Seems like you're the confused person here.
Validation of guilt is a function of the Senate. Impeachment is more like a charge. Bribery isnt listed in the articles of impeachment.

Napoleonic Law (CODE) which states that you are presumed guilty and must prove your innocence.

If Trump is impeached he is not guilty of anything--he has just been accused. And he will never be guilty since the Senate does not have 2/3 vote to convict him.

We are beyond "proving" anything. All the Dems will vote to impeach and the Reps will all vote against it regardless of any additional information.
