Idaho has ONE infection in the whole State. Washington, which has banned restaurants and bars, and groups of 10 or more, has 1187 infections and it's still spreading.
The bans have been completely ineffective.

It's about all the States, including New York, Washington, Idaho, etc.
In Washington, we have some 1187 cases, despite the bans, the lockdowns, the ghost town that Seattle has become, etc. In Idaho, a neighboring State, which has no statewide bans, has ONE. Washington cases are still spreading.
Now, do you want to talk about New York or the SOTC?

The virus spreads quicker in areas with lots of people. Washington has a lot more areas that are densely populated than Idaho, which is much more rural.
