Those concepts are not contradictory. It's just hard to follow because Democrats told a lot of contradictory lies that all have to be de-tangled...and Walt is too low-IQ to keep it all straight.
Example 1: Correcting the Democrat lie that President under-reacted by showing them in their own words saying the opposite (that he OVERREACTED) in the beginning...is in no way incompatible with also correctly stating that Democrats tried to turn this into Trump's Katrina by lying about him under-reacting.
Example 2: Correctly acknowledging that COVID is provably not even as deadly as the ordinary flu is in no way incompatible with also correctly acknowledging that it wouldn't even BE a pandemic if China hadn't incompetently botched and lied about it in the beginning.
Democrats being self-contradicting scam-artist scumbags and demagogues does not make these things contradictory. Nor does your low IQ.
