Ahmaud Arbery shooting

And how was that relevant five years later? Oh it’s not. Was he armed at the time? No he wasn’t. Had he committed a crime? It hasn’t been established he was the person in the surveillance video. Was their justification for a citizens arrest? No, not according to GA law. Suspicion of trespassing and prior conviction do not meet the standards set by GA law. Hell they didn’t even have a positive ID. Is it lawful in GA for armed citizens, who are not law enforcement officers to confront citizens with firearms without due cause. No it isn’t. Since they didn’t have grounds for making a citizens arrest, u dear GA law, the video is evidence that they had committed a felon themselves, had they not even fired a shot.

Now then do you want to go through evidence of the history and patterns of abuse and corruption by Glynn Co, GA law enforcement? How the Police Chief has been indicted for a covering up one of his officers having sexual relationships with an informant and he was hired to clean up the department from the previous police chief who had been arrested for violating his oath of office, interfering with investigations and covering up evidence of misconduct by by officers in a disbanded narcotics unit? That’s not mentioning law suits against the department for an officer who was accused of using excessive force in killing a white woman who later went on to kill his wife and a friend. It appears the covered up evidence that the officer was unfit for duty.

Also, why did a Glynn Co investigator call his mother up after the shooting and tell her that her son had been killed during a burglary by the homeowner? Sure sounds like they were trying to cover up something there cause clearly that was a lie.

Now as an admitted racist you may find this hard to get your head around but not only has the evidence led to the arrest of Bubba and son but it demonstrates a clear pattern of Civil Rights abuses by Glynn Co law enforcement and not just towards blacks but towards anyone not part of their good ole boy network perceived as an outsider.

So as more information comes in it ain’t looking good not only for Bubba and son but for the entire Glynn Co law enforcement from the district attorney’s office, to the police Chief and his officers and investigators.

So please excuse us when your lame assed comment “but he had a gun five years ago” rings hollow.

Oh....just to be clear...you are one vile and repugnant racist POS. Please renounce your US citizenship and quit embarrassing our country.

Oh....Happy Mother’s Day.

It's him in the surveillance tape it's on the same street he was stopped at, he's seen on camera running from the house onto the road, he matches the description and the clothes described in the 911 call, nobody jogs in timberland boots and the citizens arrest was absolutely legal under Georgia law:

2010 Georgia Code
TITLE 17 - CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 4 - ARREST OF PERSONS
ARTICLE 4 - ARREST BY PRIVATE PERSONS
§ 17-4-60 - Grounds for arrest
O.C.G.A. 17-4-60 (2010)
17-4-60. Grounds for arrest

A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.

Do you have proof he stole the gun?

He didn't say the gun was stolen. He said it was illegal. Schools are gun-free zones.

Was it even loaded? Did he shoot at anyone?

Yes, it was. If he'd shot at someone, he would have been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon.

A quick acting police officer in Brunswick stopped a teenager with a loaded gun from entering a high school basketball game Tuesday night.

Police arrested 19-year-old Ahmaud Marquez Avery, who is not a student at Brunswick.

"The man ran through the parking lot. I tried to get him to stop as well. He would not stop for us," said Glynn County Schools Chief of Police, Rod Ellis. "We ended up chasing him to the back of the school were other officers helped us apprehend him."

Ellis said the .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun slipped out of the teen's pants.

A parent, who did not want to be identified, told Channel 4 he saw the gun as he was about to enter the school gym. He said police were everywhere.

Angry internet trolls are the best! Technically entering a construction site may be trespassing but it's far from an uncommon occurrence. So spare me your 'crime scene' rhetoric. He walked into the site and didn't steal anything. There are zero grounds for making a citizen's arrest based on someone walking on a construction site.

Nice try troll boy.

He was burglarizing you laughable faggot he wasn't jogging do you wear timberland boots while you're jogging you stupid fuck? God you're fucking dumb.

Did you know the Army requires 2 mile run in combat boots as part of their PFT?

Ya he was just suburban exploring? Again save the bullshit for the virtue signaling faggots who gobble it up like candy. People don't jog in timberlands you laughable fuck.

:dunno:

Perhaps he was casing the property and intended to return later. Copper and tools are often stolen from residential construction sites, and this was supposedly not the only time he'd been sighted.

A handgun was stolen in the neighborhood in January.

So you say. Did you enter the construction sites repeatedly?

Did you take off running when a neighbor spotted you and called the police?

Who the fuck left a 9mm in an unlocked vehicle in front of the Killers' house? The crooked ex cop?

If I was casing a neighborhood in broad daylight, I wouldn't be screwing around at some construction site. Most construction site thefts are inside jobs.

How was that? I read in Tiger Woods' book that he used to do the same to add intensity to his workouts. (I workout regularly but I've never run/jogged, just not my thing)

Arbery also wasn't jogging - until a neighbor spotted him inside the home under construction and called 911.

The cam video clearly shows him walking until he emerged from the unfinished house.

It is no problem at all. A bit different from the Marines where it's running shoes and shorts for 3 miles.

That's what the police report said.

If you have any evidence to prove that the "ex-cop" is "crooked", it's your duty to report it to the GBI. Here's their number: (800) 597-8477.

I'll understand if you don't, of course.

If I was casing a neighborhood in broad daylight, I wouldn't be screwing around at some construction site.

So you say. What you might or might not do in an imaginary scenario is anecdotal and irrelevant.

Most construction site thefts are inside jobs.

Who told you that?

How would it be relevant, if it's true?

Arbery knew that someone called 911? ... how did he know that?

If you'd watched the video, you might surmise that he knew he'd been spotted.

A man walked out of a home across the street from the house under construction while Arbery was in the structure - which appears to have no garage door installed, ...then Arbery emerges and takes off running.

Maybe he just decided to run at that exact second for another reason, though.

Maybe he'd heard of your alleged amazing Army-boot-wearing feats of prowess and chose that moment to emulate you.

The video is in this thread. The positive ID is a matter of opinion.

Here it is again:

Ya he matches the description in the 911 call, the house he was in is on the same street he was stopped on, the surveillance video shows him running from the house and that picks up on the camera phone of him running on the same street, and he's wearing identical clothes in both videos. Oh and he was wearing timberland boots so there goes the jogging theory.

Ya we all know he was suburban exploring and jogging in timberlands. He dindu nuffin he waz a good boi!

So he legally owned the gun, and didn't threaten anyone with it.

His ownership of the gun in question wasn't mentioned on the report.

It was illegal for him to have it on school property, and he ran when he was spotted with it...maybe he was sprinting to the US Army recruitment office so he could be like you and jog around in combat boots.
