Aubery was jogging down the street. He was not waving his "criminal record" about. It is also not relevant to anything. He was just a jogger. That is not a crime. Nor was the fact that he looked into a home under construction. This was another black executed by cowboys who are pissed they are not allowed to lynch anymore.

Here's what is undeniable: Aubrey was running down the street. Then he ran around a truck that stopped on the side of the road, passed in front of it, and assaulted a man holding a shotgun, tried to grab the gun, and three shots were fired. The video evidence is clear.

He was walking, stopped looked around to see if anyone was watching than he went into the house...he didnt become a runner till he knew he had been spotted in the house

You are nuts. This time it was on vide./ He walked into the house looked at the construction and left. That is what was seen. Even you can figure out that much. The owners of the home said nothing was missing, nothing at all. But the fact that the white fucking shoes are clearly seen there means you should delete the thread. You were wrong and it is time for even a hater like you to admit you blew it. Then you should try and make honest threads in the future, assuming you can.

You don't know what he was looking at, or his motive for being there.

When a neighbor walked out to the end of his driveway, the "jogger" took off running, according to the 911 call recording.

Then he ran around the McMichael's vehicle, cut in front of it, assaulted the driver who was standing to the left of the street, and tried to grab a shotgun. That's on video.

Kori Muhammad killed three white men in Los Angeles 2017 because they were white. He stated that in court. But yet no one can name a single one of his victims. Because the media suppressed that story. You can not pull up one clip of MSNBC talking about the killing

If you look at this picture from the camera footage it sure looks like he is wearing construction type boots to me. Who the hell goes jogging in boots or maybe high tops loose? Shorts appear to be a type of khaki shorts with a belt, possibly. But, these are not running shorts

Oh, he stole a hammer from the construction site. Is that a capital offense, though? We'll see what happens, the laws in Georgia are different than here.
In my state you can't go chasing people down the road with guns.

If there's no immediate threat, you can't go chasing anyone down the street with a gun here. Here we have to stay on the property and call the law.

Once the threat is gone, you can't run them down. (here)

Georgia laws are different. They have a more "get the citizens involved" type policy.
