It isn't universal vote by mail moron, there's a difference between allowing a few million infirmed and elderly vote by mail and allowing tens of millions to vote by mail. How are you going to insure that ballots are sent to the right address, that they reach the proper destination, that people won't go from mail box to mail box just stealing ballots?
