Agreed he's a stronger personality, but he's also a half a bubble off center. Pelosi and Schiff would, indeed, sit back and take it. Maybe they'll look like whipped puppies, but the goal is to let Trump prove he's his own worst enemy by talking too much.

OJ got away with murder for $10M. That's $16.8M in today's dollars. Certainly Trump can avoid ever seeing the inside of a courtroom for 10 years by spending $50M or so. It's not payoff, just the system of lawyers: high-priced, experienced lawyers against relatively inexperienced government prosecutors and a legal system that favors the defendant....as it should be.

I think you are missing the point, sir. If Schiff calls Trump a liar, it's just Schiff treating Trump badly. If Schiff STFU and let's Trump do all the talking, Trump will prove himself a liar. Which do you think works best for Schiff? Work smarter, not harder.

Disagreed. Sailor is correct that Trump has a much stronger personality than Pelosi and Schiff. The problem for Trump is that he's his own worst enemy and both Pelosi and Schiff are smart enough to recognize that fact.

Have you heard Schiff argue? Ofcourse you have. You never say "you are a liar" on crossX You ask questions and show they are a liar.
It's not that I don't get your point, but I'm debating Trump? I have facts at the ready, lay traps and make him an idiot.
Trump flat out lacks the competency to debate. Only morons think he debated well. He just lied asinine lies about walls, and Mexico
and immigrants and Ozzy and Harriet and bringing outdated jobs back and he had enough rubes that fell for that crap.
They wanted that to be true even though none of it can be true.
