Sorry but that only applies if a person is charged with a crime. Hillary has never been charged. Considering the FBI found she had broken the laws governing classified information protection but the AG declined to prosecute we can safely say she is not innocent.

As to hate speech I suggest you listen to many of your left wing celebrities.

Yeah, that's probably part of it. But from what I've heard the speech was too competent to be the result of extensive editing as it was visibly quite fluent.

But Biden has (Vascular) Dementia, and every reputable pundit now agrees that this is an irrefutable fact. And they're right, he typically displays conspicuous symptoms of dementia.

Kids call these drugs "Speed" - you may have heard of "Meth" or "Crystal Meth", that's basically the same class of drug I'm sure Biden was using. They have the effect of "waking up" a sleepy,, dementia brain BIG TIME - kind of like a SUPER- SUPER-DOOPER dose of Coffee (caffeine)

What I'm sure happened is that the DNC paid a private physician to write Biden (or a proxy) a prescription for some Dexedrine, Methedrine or Aderral, etc to take before his speech. There is NO OTHER POSSIBLE explanation for the fact that he apparently spoke lucidly and at some length on the night in question.
