If we are too careless, we end up quarantined from the rest of the world, with constant deaths from Covid-19... In other words, trump has been way too careless.

I need the name of the studies that indicate that this is a known truth, and not another Fauci guesstimate passed off as fact because he sucks.
Testing, contact tracing, masks, social distancing, etc. The answers are known. None of the answers are perfect. If you deploy enough of the answers, well enough, you get reproduction below 1.0 and start winning this.
The meta answer is hard work. Clearly Biden is willing to put in the hard work. That does not mean a miracle cure. This might take years to completely win against. Actually, it might take decades(unlikely, but possible)... But however long it takes putting off the hard work is not going to make it faster.
