The persons Rittenhouse shot were all criminal felons with records...

Read the Statute again, moron... The gun NEVER CROSSED STATE LINES, fuckwit... Rittenhouse did not bring the gun from Illinois, fuckwit... Why are you such a moron?

The gun was used in Wisconsin, and seized in Illinois when Rittenhouse was arrested. That means the gun definitely crossed state lines, and almost certainly crossed state lines with Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse's supporters claim that the gun was "loaned" to Rittenhouse by a friend in Wisconsin, so did not cross the state line into Wisconsin. The gun is still being traced to find out if that is true.

The argument against that being true is Rittenhouse photographed himself with the exact same type of gun in Illinois, and his mother bought him the exact same type of gun (again in Illinois). We are being asked to believe that Rittenhouse left his own gun at home, and borrowed an exactly same gun from a friend.

The truth will work itself out.

I don't need to buy any guns. I have plenty, and so does Mr. Owl. Never bought the ones I have; they were bequeathed to me by my late husband. I can and have shot them all. I'm a very good shot. He's far better. We might be lefties, but we are well-armed lefites.

Again, that wasn't my point. I don't WANT to live where I need to be well-armed, and fear my fellow citizens. If you want that, they say Syria's a pretty nice place this time of year. Somalia too, if you prefer a more humid climate.

LEFTIES ARE TYPICALLY BETTER SHOTS THAN RIGHT HANDED SHOOTERS.

THE GUN WAS LOANED TO HIM BY A FRIEND IN WISCONSIN.

HE HAD IT LAWFULLY< AND DEFENDED HIMSELF FROM THE DEMTHUG MOB LAWFULLY...

THE GUN WAS LOANED TO HIM BY A FRIEND IN WISCONSIN.

That is what Rittenhouse's supporters claim. Even if that is true, he transported the gun into Illinois.

The argument against their claim is that he photographed himself with the same type of gun in Illinois where his mother bought it for him. It is possible that he was loaned the same type of gun in Wisconsin, or maybe he just brought his personal gun to Wisconsin. They are tracing the gun now, and figuring out what the truth is.

fuckwit... Why are you such a moron?

It is sad what passes for "informed debate" by the Alt Right.

Crazy white power righty walking down the street with an illegal weapon on a hunting trip. Yeah, rightys would be proud of that.

And to date, NO EVIDENCE AS TO WHAT TRANSPIRED PRIOR TO THE VIDEO OF THE CHASE AND SHOOTINGS.

Rittenhouse has committed a felony by possessing a weapon he had no legal right to in the State of Kenosha and discharging it in a situation that caused two deaths. A jury will evaluate ALL the evidence.

Sandmann is alive. Rittenhouse is alive. I do have to ask where their parents were allowing them to run wild like that.

Martin is DEAD. He went out to the store in the early evening, and was gunned down for that crime. The police closed the case within a few hours, not even bothering to identify him.

The Sand Man was waiting for a bus to pick him up. What's wild about that?

There is some, but not much.

No, he hasn't. Possession of a rifle by a minor is a misdemeanor in Wisconsin. Kenosha is not a "State" either, it's a city. Yes, the jury will evaluate all of the evidence, and right now it's pretty strongly in Rittenhouse's favor.

1. No, there are a few witnesses who have to be vetted by the cops, then the lawyers, then a jury. Nothing concrete like a video.

2. Possession of a weapon by an underage person is a misdemeanor...discharging such in public that results in a death isn't. Hell, it wasn't even his rifle...and he didn't even have such license in his own state of Illinois.....given such, your final statement is wishful thinking at best.

And sorry about the Kenosha 'state' thing....to quick to type and post, not quick enough to redo.

"White power". Hilarious. The gun was legal. His possession of it may not have been because of his age. Misdemeanor.

The people who run our legal system are now often seen coming after the good people and not the bad people.

Let me be very clear here: That is a huge motherfucking problem!

Are you denying Biden and the Democratic party is talking banning guns and accessories? Don't you support Biden? Aren't you voting for Biden? Do you know what you voting upon?

Reinstating that certain types can not be sold is not banning guns. Confiscating them wasn't even part of it so the nutters don't need to get huffy about it. Closing loopholes and massive increases in background checks aren't banning guns either. It's called making a commodity safe and responsible. It's done with just about everything besides guns in our country where we have basically done the opposite.
