Biden's lead in PA, AZ & GA has grown over the past 2 days. It's over 10,000 votes in each state. In PA, it's close to 50,000 votes - and expected to keep growing.

In AZ, the difference needs to be fewer than 1,000 to justify a recount.

In any recount, it's not expected that more than a few hundred votes would change.

So, where is Trump getting the electoral votes that he would need to overcome Biden's anticipated 306 after the 1st count? What's the path to victory?

I pondered that myself. That is only valid if all the ballots are valid. That is what is in question here.

Exactly. We need a true and valid number as a base to work with prior to dealing with percentages and other calculations.

Biden clearly won but in today's toxic political environment it's stupid to concede an election before all the votes have been counted and all recounts resolved. Even Trump isn't that stupid.

Despite past convention, and both sides have been throwing "past convention" to the dogs for the past 30 years, all that is really required is that the EC meets on December 14th and declare Biden, the winner of the fair election, POTUS.

The Right is trying to recreate the 2000 election. In that case, the election was extremely close and a few hundred votes in one state really could have changed the outcome.
The difference with the 2020 election is that it wasn't close, Trump got creamed. So even if we are to assume a few hundred votes were mistakenly given to Biden, or Trump actually won a state that was called for Biden, it wouldn't matter. We still end up with President Bye-Don.

Deep State obviously stuffed the ballot boxes with tens of thousands of votes in swing states Biden is leading in.

It is a matter of time before intrepid rightwing bloggers uncover the smoking gun evidence.

After making a purchase at the porn store, Giuliani claimed that most of those votes are not 'legal' votes.

Nobody really knows what that means, and thus far trump's legal team has been laughed out of every courtroom that they enter.

Given the intricate ploy to make mail in ballots troublesome (USPS sabotage), some states took emergency measures to make it possible for everyone to vote. Those challenging 'valid' ballots do so with the claim that only state legislatures can alter voting regulations. There is absolutely no other basis for their claim.

IMO, you won't find any court in the nation that will take away millions of votes, solely because emergency actions had to be taken due to Covid, and trump's Postmaster General.

NY Times interviewed state election officials across America - including Republican officials - and none of them have any evidence of measurable fraud.

Only count legal votes.

Yeah, a lot of Trump's ballots may be bogus.
There used to be a saying "Democrats believe nothing is genetics except homosexuality and Republicans believe everything is genetics except homosexuality."**

In this case, Democrats never believe in State's Rights unless it's when winning a Presidential election and Republicans always believe in State's Rights except when they are losing a Presidential election.

Just an observation. :D

**That changed when Republicans stopped believing in evolution.

Yes, count the vote, Hillary, herself told Biden not to concede till all the votes were counted. It’s just a shame they won’t allow him the usually privilege of the President Elect, but if this is what Trump needs, then let him have his lasts moments, it won’t change the end results.

It's almost as if she knew what was going to happen.

Could it be there was a plan?

Could it be called the TIPS strategy?
