I disagree as our 1st amendment allows free speech and to petition the government for redress. then there is this in the declaration of independence:

Seems to me rebellion is in our DNA, now discussing this is protected by the 1st amendment of our constitution, acting on it however, crosses over. so if this guy makes such a suggestion, thats his right. trying to silence him, jail him etc for words is about as anti american as one can get.
