We don't have to pay more to get rid of CO2 if that's the goal. We need to ditch what doesn't work in favor of what does. That is, nuclear backed by natural gas. That would meet and exceed the Paris Climate accords in less than a decade and energy prices would go down, not up.

This means she will eliminate the need to be an actual citizen (or even a real person, more than likely) to be counted.

Why? This will prevent Blue states like Calipornia and Blue York from losing Congressional seats and federal dollars even though people have been moving elsewhere for years.
