There are a whole menu of potential criminal activities. It is illegal to lobby on behalf of a foreign government without registering. Rudy attempting to influence Trump on behalf of his Ukraine buddies makes that a crime. Rudy specifically requested help from a foreign government on behalf of Trumps campaign. Also a crime. I'm not sure what criminal charges can stem from Rudy representing himself as a government official, but I'd guess that's also illegal. Of course by extension, that makes Trump a co-conspirator. Just one more nail in the coffin of Trumps political career. I suspect his time as a free man is running out as well.
