That is a lie. We did not need such rules in the past, just in the past 20 years, and it is getting worse as more guns are available, and more capable of shooting 100 rounds in seconds..

BTW, a "mass shooting" is defined as four or more killed, or wounded.

I believe it's 3 in the same place. Do should my 5 round .38 special revolver be outlawed since I could kill 5 people in one place?

I bet you thought that made sense. We do have strict rules for driving. Let's start with similar rules for guns. We have laws and rules and enforcement to make driving safer. We sell guns at millions of stores and street corners. People should show a need for guns and qualify with testing. They should have a license and it should have to be renewed regularly.
Car manufacturers are continuously making them safer. Gun manufacturers are making guns more deadly. 300 mass shootings in 6 months is simply wrong and we should stop them.

It may be a mental health issue but I don't see where it specifically needs to be a national healthcare solution. Sounds like you're more concerned about health care than mass shootings. Start a thread and I'd be happy to discuss healthcare with you. Put up our shut up is it?
