Now just out of curiosity, what happened to the Durham Report and the "Deep State?"

they get out and work, bitch. they don't need me. take your head out of trump's ass and look around. my part is to vote for leaders who show compassion, who believe building a stupid fuck huge wall along our border is not a real immigration policy. save that money and increase vetting, increase tech gear to monitor the border, and remember we are dealing with human beings who only want a decent life for themselves and their family.

Zero, that’s what I thought. So you’re a hypocrite.

There are worse things. Embrace it. Be the best at it but you have some stiff competition around here.

The Durham Report was promised as definitive proof that conspiracies and plot existed, and the "Deep State" was described as this entrenched entity, yet, today, nothing on either.

So what happened to them, or, are they just like the Big Lie, fabrications that exist only as innuendo in the right wing media?

THE DEEP STATE TOOK CONTROL AGAIN. GARLAND WILL OT ALLOW A SHRED OF TRUTH OUT...JUST LIKE HOLDER...

are you against women having a choice? how many babies have you adopted? how does wanting immigrants to be treated humanely, and once vetted found to be in danger in their own homeland, be given asylum here means I should adopt an immigrant family, you stupid bitch? THEY WORK FOR A LIVING...THEY ARE NOT ASKING FOR A HANDOUT, JUST A CHANCE. FUCK YOU..

Unless you believe the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) is part of this right-wing media conspriacy, we are aware, from two formal orders from the court, of some of the illegal spying done by the FBI.

It goes back as far as 2012 with the IRS targeting scandal, through the run-up to the 2016 election and even after, all through the Mueller investigation.

On multiple times the FISC ordered the Obama administration to stop abusing the NSA database --illegal "702" US citizen searches-- but they ignored the court to the point of an astounding 3 million searches on US citizens in fiscal year 2017 -- although not all illegal, the court notes it represents a, "high incidence of non-compliance with the new requirements" (the command to stop spying in the last FISC orders).

IMNSHO, it was all that illegal spying that begat the Russia Hoax and the funny business (the Steele dossier and Clinesmith lie) acquiring the Carter Page warrant . . . The Chicago Thugocracy needed that FISA warrant on Page because that would get them the 18 month look-back and two-hops --- essentially getting them 40,000 warrants on everyone Page talked to, which would retroactively "legalize" all the spying they were doing on Trump and his people before October of 2016 (when the Page FISA was issued).

It does seem like the criminality will not be prosecuted.

Screengrab from the second Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court orders covering fiscal year 2017, I'll note this opinion was released to the public in October of 2019, days before Barr announced that the Durham administrative investigation has become a criminal investigation:

You sure have a lot of nonsense in your post. It appears you didn't read much of the FISC report or the previous 2. The criticism is that the FBI didn't keep data to qualify which queries were related to persons in the US and which were not. The FBI made 3.1 million queries but there is no record of how many were related to people in the US. You are clearly wrong when you claim the FBI made 3.1 million queries for US citizen data. It seems you aren't even aware of what the queries are compared to actually viewing the data. A query is simply a request to see if data is located in the database. It does not return the actual information that the database contains. The FISC in an earlier document compares the query to a making a google search where it tells you if there are results but doesn't let you see the results. The real issue with the FBI queries is they didn't have a system in place to designate which searches were for data on people in the US and which were not. As such it was impossible to tell how many of the 3.1 million searches were of US citizens which was a failure to completely comply with the law that required them to keep such records.

As to the NSA keeping a record of everyone that Page talked to. That is complete nonsense. The NSA was restricted from collecting or recording anything that was solely in the US prior to 2016. Page could have called Trump every day and as long as they were both in the US, the NSA could not collect that data.

The report you have a screenshot of says:
Because the above-summarized provisions "require the FBI to keep records that identify which queries of unminimized Section 702 information use a U.S. person identifier" as a query term, August 12, 2019, Memorandum at 7-8, the Revised FBI Querying Procedures, as written, comport with Section 702(f)(l)(B).
Basically the court says the FBI needs to keep a written record that can be examined in order to comply with the law.
In sum, FBI personnel may query un-minimized Section 702 information for foreign intelligence or law-enforcement purposes if the queries are reasonably likely to retrieve foreign-intelligence information or evidence of a crime.
That means that Carter Page would actually be subject to those searches based on the court and government agreement on the standards required. The DoJ IG found that the basis of investigation was reasonable.

The previous 2 rulings by FISA court in 2018 can be found here:
https://www.intel.gov/assets/docume...lassified/2018_Cert_FISCR_Opinion_12Jul19.pdf
https://www.intel.gov/assets/documents/702 Documents/declassified/2018_Cert_FISC_Opin_18Oct18.pdf
Those court documents make it clear that the FBI thought they were subject to Section 603(d)(2)(A) of FISA when it came to keeping records when accessing the NSA data and not 702. As such, there actions were not illegal in a criminal sense and these court rulings only clarify that they are subject to 702 record keeping.

The Attorney General of the United States said they did and you can't prove they didn't. I know it's an impossible task for you but try to think.

Care to provide a link of an Attorney General of the United States making the claim that people spied on Trump. Did he claim they did so through a microwave or a shower?

There is no Durham report that cleared Trump of insurrection. Does that mean that Trump committed insurrection or does logic and reason not apply in both cases?
We will have to see if the Durham reports finds spying as we will have to see it the 1/6 riot was orchestrated by Trump. Until that happens the FBI and Dems have not been cleared and neither has Trump.
