Like the one here in Florida, which was far worse than last summers outbreak. This is an outbreak of a much more virulent strain, and it is happening among the unvaccinated. Period. End of story. The travel restriction does not apply to U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents (Green Card Holders), most immediate family members of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents, and specific categories of individual visa holders who are identified in the Proclamation.
The Proclamation does not cancel flights. Regular commercial flights to the United States are still available from Sao Paulo and Campinas
