There is a difference between laughing and cackling.

Take Fran Drescher as an example. People always say she has shrill voice or something that is the equivalent of blackboard scratching.

When I see her talking, I wouldn't know that.

Believe my eyes? All I see is her laughing. People laugh all the time like that in the public.

If you say she was cackling, well I cannot prove or disprove your assertion.

If she was a Republican, would you consider her to be laughing, not cackling?
 
That's cackling and that's all she ever does at everything and anything now please tell us something she's done that's positive or awesome or something she's done at all in her position as vice President of the United States... Thank you in advance

It smacks of desperation. Harris has been an outstanding VP for Biden. I remember when the roll of VP was largely ignored and the office did little but to be line in case the President was unable to perform their duties. Now, for some reason, they expect the VP to be making policies and do great things. I still just see them as support for the President.
 
We're all just waiting to hear one accomplishment... She gets mocked for her laughter because her cackling is very often inappropriate... And absolutely unprofessional...
