Governor DeSantis Shines Again

True. I read what some Dems say about us.

Again, true. But it takes the strong to pull that trigger with true aim under pressure. The weak and cowardly will run and squeal (as has been previously proven right here on JPP).

Yes, and those still serving. If we go to war, we should be in it to win and only for this country's best interest.

If squealing is so bad.

Don't complain about people like Hitler or Stalin being empowered by drones.

Drone behavior is the biggest factor that leads to genocide.

Not necessarily big government.

they were never at the top.

the top is families who have been behind international trade since ancient times.

they are higher than european nobility, who were just local warlords.

think phoenicians. way back.

think the families behind caesars of rome.

They were at the top. They led a bunch of farmers and merchants and just defeated one of the most powerful armies in the world. It was up to them to decide how the country would be ruled. As I said, I believe they had good intentions.

What families would you say are on the top here in America? Wouldn't you say these families eventually sell out to large corporations, who are led by many greedy?

True, but at this point only for cancer patients and again, administered only by health care personnel. Maybe someday? Again, far better to prevent infection than to treat it once you are ill. If you are prescribed this treatment for COVID odds are very good that you are quite sick and have been hospitalized. It's not going to be a therapy you can get from CVS over the counter.

Actually, they are saying it is given only to those with mild sickness and if you have been admitted to the hospital, it is way too late.

In a perfect world, there is no virus. But we are not in living in that. It is good a somewhat effective treatment is now available.

no they weren't. not of geopolitics. maybe in a backwater colony, as it was then.

I think they did good things, don't get me wrong.

they knew to stay out of foregn wars for instance. that wisdom has been lost. and now people "love the defense industry because it's private".

Um, no. Only the *infected* can infect others. It is possible to be fully vaccinated yet still become infected, yet uncommon. Your odds are a lot higher of sharing your cooties if you remain unvaccinated.
Correct, but a vaccinated infected person, either symptomatic or asymptomatic, can carry and spread the same amount of viral load as an unvaccinated infected person.

Yes, very good. Let's hope that it's not just for the wealthy and/or the well-insured.

he loves the defense industry because it's private. perfect libertarian/neocon victim.

I don't "love" the defense industry, I support it. If it's private, then globalization doesn't control it.
No need to put me into a "classification" by calling me a drone, we were having a respectful conversation, even if off topic.

true.

the big con is that MOST wars sold as good for the nation are just good for manipulative and powerful oligarchs, most obvioisly the defense industry itself.

Right, my Polish American father was a Vietnam veteran & his brother was a Vietnam veteran & purple heart.

My uncle never got over Vietnam, while he was a very nice & patriotic man.

He never got over Vietnam, it honestly ruined his life.

No argument here regarding that. However, the vaccinated person has a less than 1% chance of developing a breakthrough infection.* Your odds as an exposed unvaxxed person, on the other hand, are pretty poor.
